New membership categories and their appropriate membership fees were introduced as of January 1st, 2022.
- Individual membership is $35.00
- Family membership is $45.00 same household address
- Student membership is $15.00, with confirmed registration at an accredited educational facility
- Insitituional membership is $50.00 (libraries, societies, charity organizations and corporations)
Membership includes a postal subscription or email subscription to the LCGS newsletter (6 issues per year) and the opportunity to place your family research interests in the newsletter.
Online — to make a payment by credit card please complete the form and email us mentioning “please send details for payments by credit card”. We will send you an invoice with the details for making payment

Lanark County Genealogical Society is a registered charity. Only donations to LCGS beyond the annual membership fees are tax-deductible. Receipts will be issued automatically for donations of $25.00 and over; receipts for amounts between $10.00 and $24.99 will be sent only on request.
